All of our KAʻU (pronounced kah-oo) coffees are grown on a single family farm in Hawaii’s rich volcanic soil, handpicked and carefully processed. It is then small-batch roasted in Pittsburgh by a family owned, third-generation specialty roasting business to showcase the naturally smooth, sweet, and complex island-grown flavor.
